Since moving to Santa Cruz in 2020, I have fallen madly in love and I am so honored to invite you to this cozy coastal town that I call home. 

Each day has been intentionally curated to inspire creativity, mindset shifts, and breakthroughs in both your personal and business worlds.

My team and I will be guiding you and your business with workshops, writing sessions, rituals and ceremonies to drop in with yourself and your business. 

In addition to our workshops, we’ll take you forest bathing in the Redwoods, hiking along the Pacific coastline, with evening sound healing, 1:1 Reiki sessions, nourishing meals prepared by local chefs, and more… 

This will be my first offering as a new mom and I cannot think of a better way to start 2023.

Meet Your Team

I will be your host for this fabulous retreat. In addition to running Authentic Audience, hosting the podcast, and prepping to be a new mom, I've assisted on, marketed, launched, planned, co-hosted, and worked on 100+ retreats. I know exactly what you are looking for and what you need to feel taken care of. 

As always, I am bringing out all the stops. I will be guiding the ceremonies and workshops and will serve as your tour guide on our hikes on the coast and in the Redwoods. 

I am honored to spend this sacred time with you supporting you and the sweet spirit of your business.

Krista Ripma

Katy Annulli is my right hand and head of operations at Authentic Audience. She is also a certified yoga teacher and founder of KMA Organizing, a home organization and virtual operations business. 

She makes things run at Authentic Audience and she is going to be your point person for all the details. Questions about flights, dietary restrictions, lodging, logistics, etc., Katy has you covered.

She will be leading one of the business workshops and we are so lucky to have her joining us in Santa Cruz.

Kelsey Lettko is my sister and bestie for 30+ years. She is a certified yoga teacher, reiki master and life coach. 

She has assisted on and co-led numerous retreats and workshops for purpose driven businesses & companies both large and small. As someone who successfully quit her job in tech to pursue her dreams of coaching, she now helps people on their own journeys through their own transitions and transformations.

She will be guiding our yoga and meditation and leading one of her signature workshops.

If you are ready to book, please fill out our short application, with  your desired room and payment preference.
Once approved, we will get back to you with a link to pay your deposit. We will hold your spot for 48 hours.
Once we receive your payment, your room will be confirmed and we will send you more deets, arrival & departure info, our participant agreement and intake sheet so you can notify us of any dietary restrictions or special requests. A welcome packet will be sent as we get closer to the start date. 

Please Note: Space is limited and rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. Proof of vaccination will not be required to attend, however a negative PCR test within 48 hours of the arrival date will be mandatory. Your deposit is refundable for up to 30 days and if you cancel before December 1, you will receive a refund minus your deposit.
